
Here is a you tube video of Lord v Gleisdreieck. Though too dirty in the blind, this is an example of very strong, convincing, and dominant dog. Watch the initial guarding in the blind.
In the 80s and early 90s judges would often over look the control issues with a dog like this and score it high. Also, a common thought in schutzhund is don’t breed to the top scoring dogs, but breed to the 10th place power dog. This means at times the truly powerful dogs can’t maintain the high points in protection, because they are so strong and harder to control.
Lord has produced many great progeny. He produces good bone and good aggression. Lord was born in 1983 so if the time stamp is correct 1995 he is 12 years old in this film, but I think the video was taping an old vhs copy of Lord v. Gleisdreieck
